At the moment, this site can be used in and ship items to China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Philippines, Thailand、Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.

*Please kindly understand that, depending on the country, there are some regions we cannot ship to. Please kindly contact customer service regarding regions that we cannot ship to.

Please register your customer information.

Please fill in all the required fields displayed in the registration screen

Please be sure to enter the information correctly.

Do not choose a password that might be easily guessed by a third party.

Do not use your birthday or telephone number as a password. Do not tell anyone else your password.

Please confirm whether the details have been entered correctly. If all of your information is correct, proceed to click on the Membership Registration button.

The URL will be sent to your registered email address. Please click on the provided URL in the sent email to complete Membership registration.

When the [Membership Registration Complete] screen appears, your registration is finished.

Please store your Member ID and password securely.

It should be noted that the password can be changed, however, the Member ID cannot be changed

Shopping & Payment

Find the items you want and add them to your shopping cart

To enjoy shopping on the site, the customer must “Log in” to his/her account upon membership registration.

<Adding items to your shopping cart>

If there are different color and/or size options available, select specific ones to see whether that variation is in stock or not.

Please click on the “ Add to Cart” button to add the items in your shopping cart. 1 click will add a single item selected in your shopping cart. Or the customer can select quantity.

Please click on cart button to confirm cart details or to proceed checkout. When checkout, please select required fields to confirm details.

Click on Next button to proceed for the shipping information screen.

Confirm Shipping Address

Please confirm your shipping address.  If you wish to have the order shipped to a different address from the one registered, please click on the Add/Change Address button to add or change shipping address.

After confirming the items, quantities ,price , shipping address and payment methods of your order, please click Next button to proceed for the payment screen.

<Order Complete>

The number associated with your order (Order ID), order total, and shipping and handling charges will be displayed.

 At the same time that your order is completed, we will send an email titled [Order Confirmation], which will contain your order date, Order ID, shipping address, order contents, and shipping and handling charges, to your registered email address. As this email will be necessary if you need to contact us about the order, please keep a copy of it in your records.

Delivery

Items are scheduled to be shipped within 9 days after the order is placed.

However, there may be shipment delays depending on or due to the contents of the order, stock status, peak season, New Year holidays of suppliers, Obon holidays etc.

There are some item that will be produced or manufactured after order placement. In these cases the waiting time may be from a few days up to a maximum of a few months.

Should shipment be delayed, customer service will contact you in advance.Items are sent by Express Mail Service (EMS) or an international express courier. After shipment, items will usually take around 3 days to be delivered.

An email will be sent to your registered email address.

We will inform you of the shipping date, the package number that

can be contacted by the delivery company, the shipping status of

the product, etc.

company directly from the customer regarding the billing date

from the card company to the customer.

Exchanges and Returns

Please carefully read the following for information about Exchanges and Returns

For exchanges and returns, please be sure to contact Don Quijote via email or fax within 14 days of (However, within 6 months in the case of a serious defect of a product that is difficult to find in a short period of time under normal use) item receipt regarding the details of the return item. After contacting us, please return only the items we approve (within 7 days of approval). We will not accept a return if you contact us after 14 days (Within 6 months in case of serious defects of products that are difficult to detect in a short period of time under normal use) or not sent the item back with no contact at all.

In the case of Don Quijote at Fault” (Following (1)-(3))

(1) The merchandise is different from what was ordered.

(2) The merchandise is defective.

(3) The merchandise is damaged.

We will reimburse the customer for shipping costs incurred.

※When returning a set (a 2-Piece Set, etc.), return all items in the set in the condition that they were delivered. If even one item (including an attachment or accessory) is missing from the set, we will not be able to process your return.

(2) If the items in (1) do not meet the requirements, the return due to [At The Customer's Convenience] will not be accepted.

In the case of “Don Quijote at Fault” Exchanges(Following (1)-(3))

(1) The merchandise is different from what was ordered.

(2) The merchandise is defective.

(3) The merchandise is damaged

The cost of return will be borne by Don Quijote. Please let us know when you wish to exchange the items. If the item(s) to be exchanged are out of stock or have been discontinued, the customer will be given a full refund for the merchandise.

(4) If the items in (3) do not meet the requirements, the return due to [At The Customer's Convenience] will not be accepted.

(5) When you receive the goods, please confirm that the outer packaging of the express is intact. When you apply for compensation for damaged goods, the express company may request a photo of the outer packaging of the express. Please do not discard the express outer packaging before confirming that the goods are not damaged or missing.



How to Contact Us

E-mail:

Please read and confirm the contents of the Exchanges and Returns form. Then, email us with the necessary information from the form. Please be sure to enter "Exchanges and Returns" as the email subject.

Don Quijote will send an email of approval back to you. Please print out the email of approval from Don Quijote, and send your returning items back together with the consent email.

※Please note that Don Quijote will not accept any returns or exchanges for items sent back without prior approval or communication, or items that were not given approval.


< Return Method>

1. Please include the Returns and Exchanges Form together with the merchandise you are returning.(If a letter of approval is not included with the returned item(s), it may take longer to process.)

2.Please write "Re-imported Goods" or "Return Cargo" in large letters on the surface of the parcel.(Not required for domestic returns)

3.Please send the goods by the International Postal Service EMS (Express Mail Service), or by Airmail.

(Please be sure not to send goods by private international mail carriers such as Surface mail parcels, Economy Airlines (SAL) parcels, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. If sent back by one of these methods, the returning item's will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

※ If the reason for return and replacement is "Don Quijote at faultr", please advance the freight temporarily. The fee will be refunded via international remittance after the goods are returned. Returns such as payee's payment (collect) are not accepted.


※ If you wish to exchange the product (Don Quijote at Fault only), we will exchange the product for you as soon as it arrives at Don Quijote.

※ When returning the package goods (2 sets, etc.), please include the accessories and return them in the same state as when they were delivered. Even if only 1 item (or accessory) is missing, it will not be returned.


<Refund Methods>

Refund for merchandise and/or shipping is as follows.

Payment of Wechat pay and Alipay+ (product price) : Refund will be made according to the original payment method (if it exceeds a certain period, the refund will be made according to the international remittance method)


 Refund through the credit card (Product price):The merchandise and/or shipping refund will be made through the credit card company. For a refund through credit card, the exchange rate applied to the amount billed for the merchandise and shipping and handling charges may differ from the exchange rate at the time of refund.  Thus, there may be differences in the total amount refunded due to exchange rate differences. Even if you experience a loss as a result of a different exchange rate at the time of refund, Don Quijote will not be responsible for this loss. Also, please note that for a credit card refund, depending on the different monthly processing deadlines and pay dates, it may take as long as 2 months for the refund to be processed.

We will inform you in advance. Please forgive us if any mistake is made. (If it exceeds a certain period of time, the refund will be made according to the international remittance method)

About refund of return freight: Temporary advance freight will be refunded by international remittance.
